Early in his career, Mr. Clarke gained valuable legal and business experience under the guidance of William Ashbourne, J.D., at Kaseam Artist Management Co., where he worked from 1997 to 2000. During this time, he assisted with drafting and negotiating music and entertainment contracts, copyright and trademark registration, and the formation of entertainment, music publishing, record, and management companies. This early experience provided him with a strong foundation in contracts, intellectual property, and business law. He later had the opportunity to be mentored by the Honorable Craig Washington, a former Congressman, Professor, and Texas State Senator, whose guidance instilled in him a deep appreciation for the art of litigation and the importance of thoughtful advocacy, principles that continue to influence his approach to every case.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Clarke has personally handled more than 1,000 cases, achieving favorable results through both trial verdicts and negotiated settlements.
